STRATH, Edward Alexander

Passed away peacefully at the Cortellucci Health Centre in Vaughn on Saturday, December 14, 2024.  Edward Strath of Maple in his 67th year.  Beloved father of Adam and Peter Strath.  Dear son of Mary (late Graham) Strath.  Loved brother of Anne (Al) McLean, Cindy (Kevin) Fleming, and Becky (late Daryl) Halloch.  Edward will be missed by his nieces and nephews Jennifer, Danielle, Amanda, Scott, Jack, and Makenna and his 6 great nieces and nephews.

Ed was an active member of the Maple Lions Club of District A-16 where he held many positions including president of the Club for several years. During his membership the Maple Lions Club won the prestigious International Kindness Matters Service Award for Club Activity.

Ed loved to help at the annual pancake breakfasts and turkey shoots.

Ed was also a very active member of the Zion Church in Maple.

He will be greatly missed by the entire Lions Club Community as well as his Church Community.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
