EDHS Spirit – Fall Fair

The annual Fall Fair parade was ablaze with colour and enthusiasm.  Our EDHS houses got to showcase their spirit by marching down Main Street, pulling their floats, to help open the fair.  With the Grade 12s leading the charge, the students all worked together to continue the tradition of showcasing why EDHS is the best school in the county.

Just being a part of this great day is an honour but, the all important House points competition brings a lifetime of bragging rights to the winners. This year the Pirates won for best marching with the Rowdies finishing second while the Blizzards and Trojans tied for third. In the float build, the Rowdies took top spot, while the Blizzards picked up second, followed by the Trojans and Pirates.

The students and staff regard this day as one of the most important days on the calendar and are already planning to make improvements for next year!

Thank you to all of the local families and businesses that donated their shops or supplies, without you this great event could not happen.
