MORRISON, John Thomas

Passed away unexpectedly at his home in Barrie on Thursday, June 6, 2024.  John Thomas Morrison of Barrie in his 87th year.  Beloved husband of the late Isabel Stacey-Morrison.  Dear father of Keith Morrison (Wendy Bidwell) , Vivian (Glen) Sage, Beverley Patchell (Peter Beacock), and Russ (Irene) Stacey.  John will be fondly remembered by his step-daughter Andrea Williams.  Grandfather of 6 and Great-Grandfather of 9.   Brother of Mary (late Herb) Mowforth, late Pearl (Bud) Belanger, Sarah (late Lyle) Camick, and the late James Morrison.  John will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 11 am – 1 pm on Saturday, June 22.  A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1 pm.

Cremation with interment following the service in the Elmvale Cemetery.
