Tiny Township Patrons

The Penetanguishene Public Library has established a new library service agreement with Tiny Township for 2025. This agreement provides seamless services for the residents with no upfront payment for memberships. It’s time to renew or join the library for free.

 

Book Club

Book Club will continue in 2025 starting February 6th at 4:00pm and we will be discussing ‘The Art Thief: a true story of love, crime and a dangerous obsession’ by Michael Finkle.

 

Spanish Classes

6 weeks – 3 levels. All classes are from 1:00-1:45. Cost: $40.00 members,$60.00 non-members.

Level 1: Fridays, Jan 24- Feb 28

Level 2: Tuesdays, Jan 21- Feb 25

Avanzado- nivel 3: Jueves, enero 23- febrero 27

 

Beginners Macrame

Thursday, January 23, 2025, 10:00am-11:00am, $5.00 members, $7.00 non-members

Non-refundable, non-transferable. Make a macrame keychain. Ideal for beginners. Register in person with your valid library card.

 

Paint a Squishmallow

January 27 at 4:00, $5.00 members, $7.00 non-members

Non-transferable, non-refundable. Ages: 4-14. Please bring your own Squishmallow

 

Paint a Fancy Straw Hat

January 30th 2025 from 10:00-11:00, $10 members, $15 non-members

All supplies Provided. Choose one style to paint.

 

Reading Challenge 2025 – Around the World in 12 Books

Not sure what to read this year? Participate in the Reading Challenge Around the World in 12 Books and learn about different cultures. Fill out a ballot for each book you read. There will be a draw at the end of the month. Happy reading!

Adult Reading Bingo

Step by the library to pick up an Adult Reading Bingo Card for a chance to win a $50 gift card from Foodland. Contest closes February 28, 2025.

New to the Library :

Wye Marsh Passes, members can check out Wye Marsh passes for three days. (2 adults, 3 children) This program is in partnership with the Wye Marsh.

Provincial Park Passes 2025, Once again, you can borrow a Provincial Park Pass at the library for one week.

 

We also have snowshoes, walking sticks, and backpacks for your hike that can be checked out with your library card.
