I am a retired military veteran and along with my wife have been living in Wasaga Beach for the last 18 years. One of my secondary duties during my period of service was as a base newspaper editor/publisher.
Recently, while grocery shopping at our local Foodland, I happened to pick up the latest (Oct 24) issue of THE North Simcoe Springwater News, took it home and read each page from front to back. You have many more interesting articles and stories [than another local paper] and no tendency to self promote or aggrandize …
